"I have had insurance with this branch for about 13-14 years. Throughout the years of being insured, I've had 3 different cars and several accidents. The claims process has always been very quick and easy from start to finish. I love how I'm able to choose a repair shop, and setup reservation for a rental vehicle while my car is being repaired right from the app. They work with several body shops and rental car companies so you have options. In addition to my own vehicle, my husband has his cars and we also have renters insurance, which I have had to file a claim once. That process was also very quick and easy! Florence and Jessica have always been great with making sure I get the best insurance rates possible. Even when I've had accidents where I've been at fault and my premiums had to increase!
